Terms & Conditions:

1. Children below the age of 12 are free of charge staying with their parents or guardian.
2. Until your reservation is confirmed, all prices are subject to change.
3. At the time of your booking, you will be charged 10% of the total reservation cost. The balance will be due one day before your arrival.
4. For any questions after confirmed reservation, please check through the Self Service Portal or contact us at info@villataina.com.
5. The Check-in time is at 3 pm, and the Check-out time is at 1 pm.
6. At check-in, please present a copy of your Photo Identification and a valid credit card.
7. No swimming pool use after 9 pm.
8. No loud music at any time.
9. All guests and visitors need to be registered at the reception.
10. We reserve the right to change the room category or the condo/studio number.

The cancellation & refund policy is part of your reservation confirmation.
